Specify Terms and Conditions : I am looking for long term partnership who wants to expand his business to UAE. We are in need of dry foods and spices supplier so because we don’t want to lose this opportunity we are insisting on making it a one-year contract based on DA terms meaning we will be paying you 50%upon receiving of goods and document in jebel ali and in the bank and 50% within 20 to 30 business days from the day of the transaction. I am hoping you think about this since we want this supply of goods and cash chain to go on well smoothy.
Any other Information : These terms are non-negotiable especially if it’s a contract basis.
